Can The Standard Size of Bales Produced by Semi-Automatic Cardboard Balers Be Customized?
Merchants purchasing semi-automatic cardboard balers generally care about whether finished bale sizes fit delivery requirements. Semi-automatic cardboard balers support customized length, width and height paper bales. Multiple adjustable limit components are equipped out of factory, without modification to main machine structure. Finished bale specifications can be changed only via mechanical limit adjustment to match loading standards of various trucks and storage racks. Movable limit baffles are installed on front, back and upper sides of the baling cavity, matched with stroke adjusting bolts to control bale length and height separately. Bale width is determined by fixed inner cavity. If wide-range width adjustment is required, customized widened cavity models can be pre-ordered. For semi-automatic cardboard balers, basic size adjustment operations are simple and safe. After all baffles are adjusted, close protective doors, start the machine under no load for one full compression cycle to test if ram stroke and molding space match preset sizes, and feed cardboard for formal baling only without jamming.
There are reasonable limits for size adjustment. Do not move baffles to extreme positions, leave safe buffer space to prevent internal component damage from cylinder overstroke operation. Different bale sizes fit distinct scenarios: small and medium bales suit mini storage stations for easy manual carrying; large-size bales are adjustable for big logistics centers to raise single delivery load. After switching material types (thin card paper / thick corrugated cartons), fine-tune limit height to balance compression density, ensure tight and uniform paper bales, fit full-process factory storage and outward transportation, and flexibly adapt to diversified recycling operation scenarios.Nick Machine Semi -automatic opening pack machine is specially used for compression and packaging of loose materials such as waste paper, waste cardboard, carton, sponge, plastic film, straw and other loose materials.
