I. Cardboard Balers Operating Procedures
1. Pre-operation Preparation
Check that the power and air supply connections are normal, and that the lifting door track is not jammed.
Confirm that the strapping tape specifications match the equipment, and that the storage bin has sufficient material.
Clean the work area and remove any debris within 2 meters of the equipment.
Wear protective equipment (cut-resistant gloves, goggles, safety shoes).
2. Operating Procedure
After starting the equipment, run it unloaded for 3 minutes to observe whether the lifting door moves smoothly.
Neatly stack the goods to be packaged in the center of the conveyor platform, ensuring that the single load does not exceed the equipment’s rated value.
Set the packaging parameters through the control panel (pressure value recommended: 3.5-4.5 Bar; number of strapping cycles selected according to the size of the goods).
After triggering automatic mode, the operator should retreat to a safe distance (≥1.5 meters) to observe the packaging stroke.
After packaging is complete, first disconnect the power to the hot melt blade, and wait for the equipment to cool down for 5 minutes before removing the goods.

II. Cardboard Balers Precautions
1. Safety Regulations
Never put any limbs into the lifting door’s moving area (especially when the photoelectric protection device fails).
Do not adjust parameters or perform maintenance while the equipment is running.
Immediately press the emergency stop button (red mushroom head) in case of abnormal vibration/reaction.
2. Maintenance Requirements
Clean track debris at the end of each workday.
Add high-temperature grease to bearings weekly.
Check circuit insulation performance monthly (resistance > 5MΩ).
Replace the hydraulic oil filter every 500 working hours.
3. Special Handling
If the packing strap is stuck, release the pressure first before handling.
High-temperature components (>80℃) must be cooled to below 40℃ before contact.
During the rainy season, check the electrical control box’s moisture protection daily.
