Recently, our technical service team arrived in Karachi, Pakistan, to complete the installation and commissioning of semi-automatic waste paper balers for several printing and carton enterprises.
Karachi has a high concentration of printing and packaging industries, which generate a massive amount of waste paper and offcuts during production. The manual Waste Paper Baler is time-consuming and labor-intensive, and the problem of warehouse accumulation is prominent. Combining the customers’ plant layout and production needs, our engineers quickly completed the equipment positioning, well as the installation of the main unit and hydraulic system. They repeatedly adjusted the pressure and pressure-holding time to adapt to the baling requirements of different types of waste paper. the same time, on-site training was carried out, providing hands-on guidance to employees to master the operating procedures and basic maintenance knowledge.

After the new Waste Paper Baler was put use, the weight of a single bale of waste paper can reach 200-250 kg, the material volume is reduced by more than half, and the warehouse is greatly released. The baling efficiency is improved by 4 times compared to manual baling, effectively reducing the labor intensity of workers. The convenient and practical equipment, along with thoughtful on-site service, has won the unanimous recognition of local packaging industry customers.
